Today was another 2006 Birthday Stitch day. We were missing Shirlee today, but the quilt top was smaller, and we managed to get it all together by 4 PM. Ibby was the birthday girl (in pink). Oh it turned out wonderful! That blue floral in the center of the stars was one of my favorite lines and my favorite piece in that line - of course though I got the green one! What a great quilt top and I"m so jealous of your birthday sew days!

I like the way the 4 patch light/pale blocks make the background varied but not boring. Sets the stars off nicely!
